1. Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars

This is one of the easiest low fat desserts out there. It is a favourite go to snack for many athletes and gym-goers because of its low caloric and high protein content.  Now you don’t have to go through isles and isles of healthy desserts at your local grocery store.


  • 3 tbsp plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp dried cranberries


  • Mix all the ingredients into a large-sized bowl
  • Incorporate the chocolate chips and dried cranberries. You are free to play around with different ingredients such as blueberries or strawberries as long as they are low in carbs
  • Spread your mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Place the mixture in the freezer overnight or six hours maximum
  • Remove the tray from the freezer, let is sit out for ten minutes and then cut the mixture into small sized square bars
  • Enjoy with a drizzle of honey

2. Oreo Cheesecake Bites

This is a perfect way to enjoy that oreo flavour but without any added sugar or calories. It is gluten free, grain free, and sugar free.


Filling for Cheesecake

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup of powdered erythritol or any other keto-friendly sweetener
  • ¼ cup of coconut butter
  • 1.5 tbsp keto oreo cookie crumbs

Oreo Cookie Crust

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • In a sauce pan warm the coconut butter on medium heat until completely melted
  • Add cream cheese in a bowl and then add in the coconut butter and mix until thoroughly combined
  • In a food processor add the oreo cookies crust and pulse until crushed into small pieces and set it aside
  • Add vanilla extract and salt into the cream cheese and combine thoroughly
  • Using a small sized ice cream scooper scoop out a bit of oreo crumbs mixture and then place it into mini muffin liners. Do this until the oreo mixture is finished
  • Take a tablespoon’s worth cream cheese mixture and place it on the oreo cups
  • Once done filling all the oreo cups place them in the freezer for half an hour until they solidify
  • Allow them to sit outside for five minutes before serving

3. Protein Peanut Butter Cups

When you think of peanut butter,high protein comes to mind. It is one of the veteran healthy desserts. They are a healthy replication of the classic peanut butter cups.


  • 1 scoop of vanilla flavour protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chip
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter, smooth


  • Place the paper liners in the muffin tins
  • In a small sized bowl, mix together the peanut butter and protein powder until thoroughly combined
  • In a bowl add coconut oil and chocolate chips and microwave it for 30 seconds until melted. Mix the mixture
  • Add a bit of melted chocolate in the muffin liners and put the muffin tin in the freezer for 10 minutes until the chocolate solidifies
  • Take the muffin tin out of the freezer, add two tablespoons of peanut butter mixture and then add additional tablespoon of melted chocolate to coat the butter
  • Pop it in the fridge for 4 hours

If you are looking for vegan low-fat desserts this is your best bet. Nicecreams are the ultimate guilt-free treat. It is made with frozen banana base. Different ingredients can be added according to your taste.


  • 2 cups  mixed frozen berries
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or any other milk of your choice
  • 4 cups frozen banana slices
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla flavour


  • Place the frozen banana and almond milk in the blender and mix until smooth
  • Scrape off the sides and blend again for a minute or two
  • The consistency should be thick like a soft serve
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend again until thoroughly combined
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover it with a plastic wrap and then freeze it for two to three hours
